The organic extra virgin olive oil flavoured with Basil is prepared on our farm in bardolino by combining organic basil leaves and organic extra virgin olive oil. The organic extra virgin olive oil with esveal basil comes from the ancient Mediterranean tradition of flavoured oils. From the infusion of basil leaves in the oil you get extra virgin olive oil with basil. It is particularly suitable to accompany first courses and in the preparation of sauces and pesto.
Excellent in culinary use it is fabulous for dressing first courses, for the preparation of preserves and sauces.
